DANCE

Dance classes provide a dynamic fusion of pop-steps, commercial and jazz styles with high-energy movements, blending a variety of music genres from pop to musical theatre. These sessions not only enhance physical fitness but emphasize the importance of physical control and awareness, instilling fundamental techniques applicable across diverse dance disciplines. The inclusion of body conditioning ensures that our young people develop strength while maintaining safe practice. The classes offer intriguing choreography, creating an engaging experience that encourages both expression, performance skills, acting through dance and an understanding of dance fundamentals. Session structure involves warm up, technique training, choreography and cool down.
But, all that serious stuff is wrapped up and presented as a whole lot of FUN, promise!
