Famous415 – Term and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Famous415 courses given to students, applied for and consented to by the parent/guardian/carer (referred to hereinafter as ‘student’). Changes to these terms and conditions require the written consent of Famous415.

  • Course dates and fees information is given in the ‘Termly Renewal Letter’ for each course. An application will only be deemed accepted if accompanied by payment of the required deposit or full payment. If payment is not made by the given due date, the place is not booked and unconfirmed.  

Methods of Payment

  • Bank transfer

Courses take place once a week during the academic terms. The term dates for the following term will be made known in writing at the end of each term.


  • Termination will only be accepted when received by Famous 415 in writing via email. 
  • The contract automatically continues for the consecutive term unless it has been terminated the previous term. In that case the contract will expire on the last day of the current term.
  • All taster sessions booked will be charged. 
  • There is an option to pay in 2 x instalments for a full term. Cancelation mid term after instalment 1 is not an option. The term will be charged in full. 
  • In the event of ‘Force Majeure’ including war, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of government, plagues, pandemics, epidemics that are beyond Famous 415’s reasonable control and thus preventing the delivery of classes Famous 415 are not liable to refund any term payments. 
  • We do not offer sibling discount. 

Famous 415 reserve the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.

Fees are reviewed annually in September.

Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Famous 415 of any existing injuries or medical condition.

Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Famous 415 can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.

Students are expected to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for class.

Parents/Guardians/Carers are obliged to inform Famous 415 of changes to their child/rens circumstances and obliged to inform Famous 415 of any changes to contact details, medical conditions and all other relevant information as provided initially on enrolment.
